What are event credits?

If you have a "Starter" or "Pro" licence, you have a certain number of event credits. The number varies depending on your licence type. Each time you set an event to "Active" status, one event credit is used. You can request additional event credits at any time via our support team. What is a registration quota?

Your registration quota is the total number of registrations you can have across all your events. As soon as a guest has the confirmation status 'Confirmed' (e.g. by registering for one of your events), that registration is deducted from your quota. You can ask our support team to adjust your registration quota at any time. To do so, please fill in the form above.

How can I check how many event credits I have left?

In the Sweap App, you can view your current registration quota and event credits in the left-hand sidebar at account level.
