Log-In not possible
iPad is not connected to the WLAN
Hotspot has no data volume

Requested printer is not displayed
- Printer is not switched on
- Printer is not in WLAN (green light on the left is not illuminated)
- iPad is not connected to the "Sweap Hotspot" WLAN
- Printer settings are not configured/enabled in the event (backend)
- Print function is not booked in the event (backend)
- Printer not connected to the power cord
Printer does not work
- Automatic printing at check-in is not configured (backend)
- Label roll is exhausted or not properly installed (red light on the right is lit). If it is not inserted correctly, try removing and reinserting the roll.
