User permissions and their functions in Sweap

In this article you will learn what's behind our user permissions. We explain which function is hidden behind which setting.

User and account

Description

Access

System Access: General Access to the WebApp Account

Show account: Account information is displayed

Change account: Possibility to change account name and stored contact data.

Payment

Buy licence: "Buy event" button in the dashboard is displayed or hidden

User

Data of existing users can be modified and/or additional users can be added or deleted.

visibility groups (optional - must be enabled by Sweap for the first time): Possibility to create and edit visibility groups.

Roll

Possibility to adapt existing roles and/or create or delete additional roles.

E-mail addresses

Possibility to adapt existing e-mail addresses within the e-mail address administration and/or to create or delete new e-mail addresses.

Configuration

Possibility to create attributes across accounts.

Possibility to configure the check-in app.

Possibility to create attributes across accounts.

Possibility to create keys for the event overview page (required for implementation in Sweap).

Contact

Access contacts feature.

View, create, modify and delete contacts. Create, activate, modify contacts tags and import function from contacts into guestlist.

Speaker

View, create, modify and delete speakers.

Partners

View, create, modify and delete partners.

Auto-Delete Rule

View, create, modify and delete auto-delete rules.

Customised e-mail templates

Possibility to modify existing customised e-mail templates and/or create or delete additional templates.

Customised web templates

Possibility to modify existing customised web templates and/or create or delete additional templates.

Possibility to modify existing events and/or create or delete additional events.

Event state

Activate/unlock: Possibility to activate an event from draft mode.

Archive: Possibility to archive an event. The event will then no longer be displayed in the dashboard.

Guest

Possibility to change existing guest data and/or create or delete additional guests.

Import/Export

Excel guest import: Possibility to import guest data into the guest list via Excel file.

Possibility to generate and export invitation and ticket codes (e.g. for invitations via form letter) for the guests.

External import*: Possibility to import external data via an interface.

Possibility to modify existing categories and/or create or delete additional guests.

Check-in

Possibility to manually create and/or delete guest check-ins.
